President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Herlihy became a principal shareholder of Resources Management Corp as of January 1, 2005 and sole shareholder as of December 31, 2016. Prior to joining RMC, he was the founding President & CEO of InsurBanc, a federal thrift specializing in serving the independent insurance agent industry. He was also President and CEO of Advest Bank and Trust Company and Senior Vice President, Boston Complex Manager for Advest, Inc. with supervisory responsibility for five retail investment offices for the regional broker/dealer. Mr. Herlihy has held Series 8, 7 and 66 licenses from the NASD.
Senior Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Mrs. Johnstone joined RMC in 2014 and is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Washington Depot Office. Prior to joining RMC, she was previously at Salisbury Bank & Trust Company for more than 25 years. Diane's most recent position at Salisbury Bank was Senior Vice President and Trust Officer and she also held the position of Chief Fiduciary Officer. In addition to having held her Series 7 and 63 licenses from the NASD, Mrs. Johnstone is also a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor.
Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Mr. Terzian joined RMC in 2016 and is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Washington Depot office. Matt brings an extensive background in wealth management, having served as a Vice President at Bradley, Foster & Sargent and as a Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager at BNY Mellon Wealth Management. He has also achieved the designations of Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Financial Planner.
Vice President & Portfolio Manager
Mr. Weaver joined Resources Management Corp in March 2011 as Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Resources Management Corp, he served for over 35 years in banks located in Connecticut and New York. These roles included those of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and President. Mr. Weaver served for considerable lengths of time with Advest Bank & Trust Company (15 years) and the Derby Savings Bank (12 years) primarily in the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer.
Ms. Brokaw interned with Resources Management Corp in 2017 as an Intern Analyst. In 2018, she joined the company as a full-time Portfolio Analyst after graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with High Distinction.
Her responsibilities at RMC include thorough analysis of economic and financial trends, evaluating portfolio performance and preparing client reports. In addition, Ms. Brokaw assists portfolio managers with the administration of client portfolios.
Ms. Brokaw is currently a CFA Level III Candidate.
The newest member of our team, Ms. DiPietro joined Resources Management this year (2019) as a Portfolio Analyst.
Prior to joining RMC, Ms. DiPietro was a registered client associate at Wells Fargo Advisors in Darien. While at Wells Fargo, she worked in investment sales, operational support and as first point of contact for clients.
Her responsibilities at RMC include thorough analysis of economic and financial trends, evaluating portfolio performance and preparing client reports. In addition, Ms. DiPietro assists portfolio managers with the administration of client portfolios.
Ms. DiPietro has held Series 7 and 63 licenses from the NASD.
Chief Compliance Officer, Portfolio Analyst
Mr. Herlihy interned with Resources Management Corp 2010. In 2017, he joined the company as a Portfolio Analyst. In 2019, Mr. Herlihy took on the role of Chief Compliance Officer.
Prior to joining RMC, Mr. Herlihy was an underwriter at Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. in Boston, MA. While at Arbor, he underwrote multifamily transactions nationwide, totaling over $700M in agency financing.
As our Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Herlihy is responsible for overseeing compliance within the company, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.
In addition, Mr. Herlihy thoroughly analyzes economic and financial trends, evaluates portfolio performance and prepares client reports, while assisting portfolio managers with the administration of client portfolios.
Director of Information Technology
Mr. Bonassar started with Resources Management Corp in 2015, as an Information Technology Intern. In 2016, he joined the company as the Director of Information Technology.
His responsibilities include maintenance of hardware and software, including evaluating security risks associated with information technology, implementing cyber-security enhancements to internal networks and monitoring third-party software and vendors. Mr. Bonassar contributes to the equity research process by developing applications for internal research and workflow improvements and provides database and reporting maintenance.
Senior Vice President & Director of Portfolio Operations
Donna is the Senior Vice President and Director of Portfolio Operations and a Director of the John G. Martin Foundation. Donna has been with the firm for over 40 years. Her responsibilities include client support, maintenance of the portfolio accounting system, client documentation, monthly, quarterly and year-end tax reporting, and billing.
Portfolio Operations Assistant & Secretary
Mary Henzy is the Operations Assistant and Secretary of RMC. Ms. Henzy has been with RMC since 2000. Her responsibilities include client support, daily activity for all clients and client documentation.
Operations Administrative Assistant
Jessica started with RMC in 2012 as an intern in our Operations Department. In 2013, she joined us as a full time employee to be the Administrative Assistant in the Operations Department. Mrs. Wilson's responsibilities include filing of client documentation and the conversion of RMC's archived storage materials from paper to digital.
Controller & Treasurer
Karen joined RMC in 2013. During her twenty-five year career in the finance industry, Mrs. DelValle was involved in all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. As the Controller, Karen is responsible for the management of all financial functions and support for The John G. Martin Foundation, JCI Corp., and Mill Creek Corp, including benefits administration, payroll management and grant foundation management.
Ms. Gillotti joined RMC in 2013 as part of the merger between RMC and Capital Management Corp of the Northeast (CMCNE). Loree had been with CMCNE since 2001. As the Administrative Assistant of the Washington Depot Office, Ms. Gillotti is responsible for all of the office's administrative duties, client support and documentation.
Mrs. Lukonis is our Executive Administrator and is responsible for all administrative details for RMC and its principals. She has been with the firm since 2007. During her eighteen-year career in banking, Mrs. Lukonis was involved in all aspects of bank operations and management.
