Michael Herlihy
Mike is President, Chief Executive Officer, and principal shareholder of RMC Investment Advisors. Mike is also a Portfolio Manager, maintaining client relationships and building customized portfolios around client objectives. He joined RMC in 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining RMC, he was the founding President & CEO of InsurBanc, a federal thrift specializing in serving the independent insurance agent industry. He was also President & CEO of Advest Bank and Trust Company and Senior Vice President, Boston Complex Manager for Advest, Inc. with supervisory responsibility for five retail investment offices for the regional broker/dealer.
Mike holds a B.S in Business Administration from Stonehill College. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Stonehill College and a Director of Marianapolis Preparatory School.
William Herlihy, CFA
Bill is Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer. In his roles as COO & CCO, Bill oversees all client service, portfolio management, and compliance policies and procedures. He is also a Portfolio Manager, maintaining client relationships and building customized portfolios around client objectives. He joined RMC in 2017 and previously served as Director of Research, overseeing the firm's screening, due diligence, and fundamental analysis for the stock selection process. He is a member of RMC’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining RMC, Bill worked at Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. in Boston, MA, underwriting and facilitating commercial real estate transactions nationwide. Bill holds a B.B.A in Finance & Real Estate, with a minor in Accounting, from Villanova University School of Business. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of CFA Society Hartford.
Alana Pezzuti, CRPC®
Alana is Director of Client Services and has been with RMC since 2019. She oversees the entire client experience, facilitating all onboarding, cashiering, and custodial procedures. Additionally, Alana manages client relationships and leads in assisting clients in the financial planning process. She is a member of RMC’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining RMC, Alana spent several years at Wells Fargo as a Registered Client Associate, where she worked in investment sales and operational support as the first point of contact for clients. Alana holds a B.S. in Economics from Drew University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Additionally, she holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation.
Patrick Herlihy
Patrick is a Portfolio Analyst and has been with RMC since 2021. As a Portfolio Analyst, Patrick manages client relationships and builds customized portfolios around client objectives. He also contributes to the investment process, performing due diligence and fundamental analysis for stock selection. Additionally, Patrick leads in assisting clients in the financial planning process. He is a member of RMC’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining RMC, Patrick worked as a Financial Analyst in Corporate Strategy at Barclays and UBS AG in New York City. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University Gabelli School of Business.
Carter Dizes
Carter is a Portfolio Analyst and has been with RMC since 2020. As a Portfolio Analyst, Carter manages client relationships and builds customized portfolios around client objectives. He also contributes to the investment process, performing due diligence and fundamental analysis for stock selection. He is a member of RMC’s Investment Committee. Carter holds a B.S. in Mathematics & Finance from Northeastern University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Logan French, CPA
Logan is a Research Analyst and joined RMC in 2024. As a Research Analyst, Logan performs the firm’s screening, due diligence, and fundamental analysis for the stock selection process. He is a member of RMC’s Investment Committee and oversees the firm's investment process through collaboration of the Research and Portfolio Management teams.
Prior to joining RMC, Logan worked as a Portfolio Analyst at Thomas H. Lee Partners and as an Auditor at KPMG LLP in Boston, MA. Logan holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University, where he graduated Summa Cuma Laude. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Andrew Bonassar
Andrew is Director of Information Technology and joined RMC in 2015. His responsibilities include maintenance of hardware and software, including evaluating security risks associated with information technology, implementing cyber-security enhancements to internal networks, and monitoring third-party software and vendors. Andrew contributes to the equity research process by developing applications for internal research and workflow improvements and provides database and reporting maintenance. He is a member of RMC’s Investment Committee. Andrew holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is an active volunteer at the First Congregational Church of Wallingford.
Jessica Wilson
Jessica is an Operations Specialist and joined RMC in 2012. She facilitates all operations functions, including fee billing, portfolio maintenance, performance reporting, and account reconciliation, and supports several client service procedures. She is member of RMC’s Investment Committee. Jessica holds a B.S. in Sociology from Charter Oak State University.
Karen DelValle
Karen is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In her role as CFO, Karen is responsible for the management of all financial functions, as well as benefits administration, payroll management, grant management, and administrative support for The John G. Martin Foundation. She joined RMC in 2013 as Controller & Treasurer and has over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting. Karen holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Francis College.
Lynn Herlihy
Lynn is an Operations Assistant and joined RMC in 2017. As an Operations Assistant, Lynn supports the record management process and leads in the digitization of legacy files.
Prior to joining RMC, she worked as a full-time mother to four children and as a teacher in elementary education. Lynn holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from Central Connecticut State University.
Catherine (Kitty) Lukonis
Kitty is a Client Service Specialist and joined RMC in 2007. As a Client Service Specialist, Kitty engages with clients daily to handle all cashiering and custodial processes and leads in assisting new clients with the onboarding process. She is responsible for several administrative functions, including review of client files, document processing, and general support to the Portfolio Management team. Additionally, Kitty provides administrative support for The John G. Martin Foundation.
She was previously an Executive Administrator and has over 30 years of experience in financial services. Kitty holds an A.S. in Business Administration from Briarwood College. She is the President and Cofounder of Friends of Southington Animal Control.
Dolores (Loree) Gillotti
Loree is a Client Service Specialist and joined RMC in 2013. As a Client Service Specialist, Loree engages with clients daily to handle all cashiering and custodial processes. She is responsible for several administrative functions, including review of client files, document processing, and general support to the Portfolio Management team. Loree joined the firm as part of the merger between RMC and Capital Management Corp of the Northeast, which she had been with since 2001.
Miranda Benoit
Miranda is a Client Service Specialist and joined RMC in 2024. As a Client Service Specialist, Miranda engages with clients daily to handle all cashiering and custodial processes. She is responsible for several administrative functions, including review of client files, document processing, and general support to the Portfolio Management team. Miranda holds a B.S. in Financial Management from Salve Regina University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Carie Hodel, CTFA, CFIRS
Carie is a Portfolio Administrator and joined RMC in 2025. As Portfolio Administrator, Carie is responsible for facilitating various portfolio management and compliance functions, including the maintenance of client files, review of trading activity, adherence to investment guidelines, and general support in administering firm policies and procedures.
Prior to joining RMC, Carie spent over 20 years as a Trust Officer, managing client relationships, account reviews, and regulatory compliance. She is a member of RMC’s Investment Committee. Carie holds a B.S. in Business Management from University of Southern Mississippi, as well as the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) and Certified Fiduciary and Investment Risk Specialist (CFIRS) designations.
