Frank M. Loehmann, Jr.

Frank

Mr. Loehmann, a Connecticut Certified Public Accountant, joined this organization in 1971 as its Chief Financial Officer. At that time, the entity was wholly owned by John G. Martin, the late Chairman of Heublein, Inc.

Mr. Loehmann's original responsibilities were primarily in the area of finance and administration for the companies. He is a co-founder of and now serves as Chairman and CEO of Resources Management Corp and continues in that capacity for the other companies within Resources Management Group.

Michael W. Herlihy

Mr. Herlihy became a principal shareholder and President & Chief Operating Officer of Resources Management Corp as of January 1, 2005. Prior to joining RMC, he was the founding President & CEO of InsurBanc, a federal thrift specializing in serving the independent insurance agent industry. He was also President and CEO of Advest Bank and Trust Company and Senior Vice President, Boston Complex Manager for Advest, Inc. with supervisory responsibility for five retail investment offices for the regional broker/dealer. Mr. Herlihy has held Series 8, 7, and 66 licenses from the NASD.

Thomas P. Fuller

Mr. Fuller joined Resources Management Corp in 1994 as Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining Resources Management Corp., Tom was a Trust Relationship Manager at Shawmut Bank in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Mr. Fuller was with Society for Savings for eight years, where he was a Vice President in the Securities Investment Department and Chief Investment Officer of the Trust Department. Additional responsibilities included serving as Secretary of the Hartford Mutual Investment Fund.

Prior to his association with Society for Savings, Mr. Fuller spent seven years at The Riggs National Bank of Washington, D.C., where he was an institutional portfolio manager, a closely held securities analyst, and a fixed-income analyst.

Kathryn R. Hutcheson

Mrs. Hutcheson joined Resources Management Corp in 1999 and is a portfolio manager. Upon graduation from college and after a period of service in the Peace Corps, Mrs. Hutcheson began her financial career in banking, in the Trust Department at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and then with Bank of New England in Boston. In 1978, Mrs. Hutcheson moved to the Hartford area where she joined The Phoenix Cos. Mrs. Hutcheson spent a majority of her 20 years at The Phoenix in the company's Real Estate Investment Department where, as an Investment Officer, she underwrote commercial mortgage loans, managed the servicing of the company's mortgage loan portfolio, and also managed a portfolio of office and multi-family real estate assets located in the Midwest U.S. region.

During her career, Mrs. Hutcheson has completed numerous courses and earned designations in the financial sector, including a Registered Representative Series 6 and an Investment Adviser Representative Series 65. She has also completed professional studies in commercial real estate appraisal through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Additionally, she has undertaken studies in investment management and in financial planning through the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) program at the American College.

Mrs. Johnstone joined RMC in 2014 and is a Vice President and Portfolio Manager in the Washington Depot Office. Prior to joining RMC, she was previously at Salisbury Bank & Trust Company for more than 25 years. Diane's most recent position at Salisbury Bank was Senior Vice President and Trust Officer and she also held the position of Chief Fiduciary Officer. In addition to having held her Series 7 and 63 licenses from the NASD, Mrs. Johnstone is also a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor.

These roles included those of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and President. Mr. Weaver served for considerable lengths of time with Advest Bank & Trust Company (15 years) and the Derby Savings Bank (12 years) primarily in the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer.

Prior to joining RMC, Mr. Herlihy was an underwriter at Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. in Boston, MA. While at Arbor, he underwrote multifamily transactions nationwide, totaling over $700M in agency financing.

His responsibilities at RMC include thorough analysis of economic and financial trends, evaluating portfolio performance and preparing client reports. In addition, Mr. Herlihy assists portfolio managers with the administration of client portfolios.

Mr. Herlihy is currently a CFA Level II Candidate.
